To be eligible for the rebate offer ensure that you:
- Own or rent residential property in the participating municipality
- Contact your Municipal Government to find out additional qualifying details
- Replace existing toilets with a flush volume of 13 litres or more (toilets with a marking of 6 Lpf / 1.6 gpf on the toilet bowl behind the seat or inside the toilet are not eligible for replacement)
- Provide the original bill of sale for a City-selected water efficient toilet
