Warranty

Foremost warrants all of its Products to be of good quality and to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the application limitation periods set out below and will at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product upon prompt notification to Foremost and examination by a representative of Foremost. This warranty will not apply to Product which have been altered in any way without prior written approval of a senior officer of Foremost and does not apply to damage caused by improper use or installation. Foremost will not be liable for any labour or damage or any other related expenses of any kind incurred in connection with the sale of its Products and in no event shall Foremost be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages even if Foremost had been advised of the possibilities of such damages.

This warranty is in lieu of all others expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise and may be extended by Foremost representatives, agents, employees, and associates or written sales information or drawings. Foremost specifically disclaims all conditions and warranties included in those merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. Foremost in no way guarantees particular methods of use or applications or performance under special conditions.

"All warranty requests require the product model number and a proof of purchase. Photos or proof of damage may be requested to complete a claim. All warranty replacements will be in the original style and colour if available, if the original has been discontinued, or is not available we will replace with an item in similar colour and style. It remains the customer's responsibility for freight and packing charges to and from our service centre."
